Good money, great hours, easy to learn daily functioning, job mostly entails talking to recruits and booking interviews, automatic weekly bank deposit

Minpunten

dysfunctional team members, clueless management, cumbersome manual data recording techniques that slow down and hurt the streamline process. Owners, managers and most office workers are constantly vaping. Owners do NOT care about you, even if you are producer. Extremely bad tech set up, internet can go out for hours and they do not remedy the problem. Toxic mold in the offices, smells bad all day. Music constantly blaring, non-productive for true professionals. No insurance or benefits.

Lack of support, constant company changes, limited training for how crucial the role is to the business. No PTO whatsoever and they’ll let you go for taking time off even though it’s unpaid and claimed to be “unlimited”. Toxic environment. Extremely thankless work. Made to feel like you’re never good enough. Place has the craziest turnover you’ve ever seen.
