Pluspunten
A lot of the benefits promised at the beginning real. It's real remote work. You're never required to go into office, although they have them and encourage meet ups. With unlimited PTO, you are encouraged to take time off and most people take at least two weeks a year. It seems like time off requests are rarely if ever rejected. A lot of good, supportive people if you're on the right team. They try to put you on work you enjoy, and there are some really interesting clients in the mix.
Minpunten
With lay-offs last year, the workload is too much for too few people. Upper management has a bit of a tone deaf attitude, having staff meetings pushing to achieve lofty financial goals for the company with no mention on how it will affect the employees while simultaneously pausing promotions and raises for the indefinitely. The company touts a culture of personal growth, but it can be difficult to move up. Gaslighting from management about some of the real organizational problems within the company. Compensation on par with other similar companies when you start but few if any raises.
