Late Salary issue. The MD of this company is rubbish and nonsense. He has no qualities to be an MD of a Software Firm. The way he behaves with the employee, he has only the quality to be an MD of garments. He thinks all the Developers are robots and each task assigned to the developers should be completed within that day, and all tasks must be QA passed on the first test by QA. Maximum Senior and PM leave the company because of his dirty mind and behavior. The second culprit of this company is their DMD, who knows why a software delivery fails the deadline, and what amount of time each module should be required to be complete, but still keep silent, and doesn't inform MD why it may require time. Number one politicians on IBCS. Another culprit of this company is their PM (Partho), who has PMP certification and still behaves rudely to all developers seems like all of them are garments worker. Most probably he is the worst PM in Bangladesh based on his behavior. He has no common sense. He seems each task is a copy-paste from another task, and forces the developers to complete each task with 1/3 of the actual required time of that task. He set the deadline so that each module fails the delivery time, and the blame goes to the Developers, although he is the culprit. You are paid for 9:30-6:30, he expects you should work from home after office hours and even work on weekends. If you can't satisfy him then he will report to the management against you, and stop your salary and also stop recommending you for an increment. In recent years, developers leaving the company because of this culprit. Not recommended for any developers who don't want to make their daily life as hell.
