Working remotely and flexible hours. I loved my job when they actually cared about me but that was before they changed

They don't care about their employees even though they say they do. You're nothing but a number to them. They will fire you just so they can save a couple dollars. They will tell lies about you They will make mistakes and do things that make your job more difficult than blame you for them then they will fire you because of their lack of support, teamwork and bad management. They always said they cared about me. I could work there the rest of my life if I wanted to. As soon as they found a chance to say $400 a month they discontinued my employment. They only care about the family they have working for them. I had an IT issue with my email that I had no control to fix because the boss's son wouldn't help me. He would never respond to emails. So a part of me being fired was because of emails that weren't responded to that I couldn't even see or didn't even know I got because they were hidden from me. I asked for help to resolve this issue and nobody would help. They would rather fire a loyal employee than blame their son for his incompetence.
