      Minpunten

      Low investment to retain existing talent and in recruiting new talent ahead of the curve. Still conservative HR policy in terms of flexible opportunities for hybrid work.

      Thank you for your five-star review. So glad to hear you've had a good experience, especially in areas of growth. Retention and hybrid work opportunities are more about the relationship with your supervisor than HR. Use quarterly impact conversations to advocate for yourself and ask about professional growth opportunities. Or propose a more flexible work schedule if you feel you've been successful working from home. --AB

      Pay, No much room for upward mobility. If you are a high performer, you'll struggle as the structure rewards years spent in the company vs level of expertise or experience.

      The company is large and takes care of their employees. Management seems to care and the projects we worked on were organized well by our product teams.

      Sometimes our projects went up for rebid because of the government.
