Plenty of freedom to pursue projects I find interesting, good benefits, high investment in employee development and learning

Minpunten

As is the case with a lot of the chemical industry, there's very little upward mobility if you aren't willing to move across the country (or potentially planet). Pay could definitely be better as well.

Remote based role. Very solid direct manager who is the best I’ve ever worked for. Most employees on my team have worked for the company 10+ years so shows a lot of stability within the team. Lots of L&OD opportunities if that is of interest. Lots of competitions.

Minpunten

Salary could be more competitive. Work pace is a little slow. No room for career growth. It is a pretty large organization.
