Pluspunten
Good overall experience. The studio provides workshops to improve skills and has custom tools that significantly speed up the workflow. The work environment is friendly and diverse, and I had the chance to meet great people. There are also nice perks like free coffee and tea, as well as team activities such as dinners, BBQs at the studio, and Christmas parties.
Minpunten
The studio may not offer the same level of resources or structure as a feature film studio. Workload can become overwhelming, especially during delivery periods. Unfortunately, layoffs can happen with short notice (around two weeks), which can create some uncertainty. During my time there, the studio was in transition to a new location, which meant working in a basement temporarily.
