Subject: Immediate Need for Leadership Action If success is truly the goal, then leadership must invest in providing the necessary tools to achieve it. Since taking over as CEO, the only noticeable change has been the introduction of new membership fees. Meanwhile, we still have zero access to our data and zero meaningful support from corporate. This company has incredible products and potential, but the current leadership approach is disconnected and outdated. The lack of resources and support is directly impacting those who are committed to building within this organization. This is not an attack—it is a reality check. I personally invested $9,000 of my own money to get my organization started, only to find that success under these conditions is nearly impossible. This is unacceptable. It’s time for leadership to step up and provide real solutions.
