The benefits and location are very good. Summer months the company is allowed to work 4 day work week with Friday's 1/2 day off. This allowed me and my colleagues to enjoy a little more of the summer months. The organization has comparable pay and good benefits such as medical, dental, HDHP, FSA programs, 401K, Employee Stock purchase offerings and much more....

The current leadership team has just changed completely the board of directors and senior management team. This gives you an uneasy feeling yet the employees continue to give 100% of their attention to the job at hand. This employees are the largest assets in the organization.
