Pluspunten

In the beginning, it was good because WFH policy was in effect and it was enforced due to the pandemic. Also, 401K match was very good and PTO was very generous.

Minpunten

Once WFH policy got lifted, everyone came back to the office. Upper management said that everyone could have a 60% in office/40% WFH posture going forward, but it was definitely frowned upon by management if you tried working from home. Also, the whole company felt like an informal cult in the way everyone conducted business informally. Additionally, the fact that multiple employees were married to each other and held high-ranking positions was kind of uncomfortable to work with.

Working at IERUS is like working with family you actually like. The management is open and transparent, the benefits are generous and geared toward taking care of employees and their families, and the company actually values work/life balance.

Minpunten

Employees who work at customer sites can feel disconnected from the rest of the company.

In reality often constrained by the whims of government contracting. Also, people working at customer sites could have a completely different experience.
