Massive overtime 10-15 hours a day. No lunch, work weekends. Breaches the Organisation Working Act in many aspects (breaks/ weekly hours etc.) Enormous workload. No proper training. Ignorant managers, treat employees badly and in unequal manner. Issues to get holidays. Bad atmosphere, exhausted, constantly overstressed and tired employees.
