The company is on a bad wicket for the last 24 months as there have been many resignations. All of this is due to the inefficient senior management to hold onto its employees and even weaker HR due to its inefficiency and inability. The company is regarded to have the worst HR in the industry with even employees from competition not wanting to join citing the flawed HR system. The HR is very inexperienced and lacks managing people and setting correct HR policies. There is a lot of negative talk about the conduct of the HR department especially with new recruitment. quite a few new recruits have left before a year of joining leading to a lot of negative speculation. The HR paints a false picture with key-stake holders with the sole objective of personal gains. Appraisals are done in a manner which is based on personal relationships rather than performance and even with the HR wanting to intervene into every appraisal when it is not needed. Too much of internal politics especially by senior management.
