Dispite everything I still do love what I do. Lack of accountability from upper and middle managment. If you go to an account you are told to spend as little time on the equipment, but yet they want you to do a good job. it is imposible to do your job in the time frame that they give you. You are not allowed to use parts to fix the equipment, but yet they want you to fix the equipment right the first time. The only thing that ends up happening is recalls, and unhappy customers. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
