Pluspunten
Hybrid setting (though it is given in many companies nowadays, so nothing special)
Minpunten
I worked at IMAPAC long enough to understand that my experience was marred by significant management issues. I can speak on behalf of all the reviews that the good ones only come from the APAC region, and the bad ones from UK/EU branch, so if you’re applying from UK, please think twice. If you’re a person with good work-life balance expectations and thrives in a healthy work atmosphere, avoid this company at all costs. The manager consistently displayed a negative attitude, creating a toxic work environment and hence, leading to a demoralising atmosphere. Micromanagement was also a prevalent issue, stifling creativity and productivity. Being treated like a preliminary student in a corporate world says a lot about the company ethics. They might be good in Asia region and Asia region only. They do not have the slightest clue about the UK/EU market and should themselves study into it before planning conferences that continue to cancel for the 3rd time (a failure hidden from the employee during interview) Favouritism is also very noticeable, as the Asia region is tightly knit and UK branch is treated as an outsider. So, please think if you’re considering the UK branch as no support whatsoever will be provided. They have 3 useless videos under the name of training and then ask you to start generating revenue for a company that is not known in any prestigious institution. They will keep tabs on you, find ways to control your actions by having ‘catch up meetings’ every other day with different people over the same topic to pressurize you. Whatever they say, please know, there is no scope of growth for this branch as they prioritise to promote Asia employees over UK. And most importantly, please please read the contract carefully and do NOT agree verbally. They back out on the benefits as soon as you accept the offer and convince you that nothing of sorts was promised (usually made during the interview). They will pressurize you to sign the contract in a day or two, but don’t fall for it. Read thoroughly and take your time to make this decision. My best advice is stay unemployed rather than work somewhere you aren’t valued (I know it’s easier said than done) but the right company is out there for you, and unfortunately, IMAPAC ain’t it. ‼️ I would like to emphasise again that positive feedback only and only from Asia region and all the negative feedback from UK/EU region. Kindly think before applying here ‼️
