Minpunten

It seems that more than half of production staff is temporary. Hard to get hired on there, and temps are let go with no notice. In my time there, I have heard of temps being called and let go after 4 days, being let go after their boss tells them they will see them tomorrow, coming in to work only to find they can't get in the building, and in one case, a guy was called while he was on his lunch break and told to go home. Most of the employees have so little experience, there are mistakes made all the time.

Strong focus on safety and cleanliness, with a generally friendly culture and solid benefits package. The company takes workplace safety seriously and maintains a clean, organized environment.

Minpunten

Expectations are often not clearly defined, and issues can feel downplayed during in-person conversations, only to later be treated as major concerns through emails or formal meetings. Communication and management expectations could be more transparent and consistent. The workload for the management team is also very high, with long 11–13 hour days and weekend work being normalized and often expected.
