Pluspunten

The company has a lot of potential, and the technology they are developing is genuinely impressive.

Minpunten

The company culture was very disappointing. There is a lot of gossip and backstabbing, and genuine appreciation for people and their work is often lacking. There are also many “know-it-all” personalities, which can make collaboration difficult. On top of that, several managers tend to micromanage their teams, creating unnecessary stress and frustration. A major issue is the amount of overtime that’s expected. I’ve heard concerning stories from the tech team in particular. Despite the heavy workload, the company is reluctant to pay fairly for the extra hours. Instead, they often hire people from lower-cost countries and then overwork them, which is both unsustainable and unfair. My recruitment process should have been a red flag as well. It was poorly handled, the interviewer seemed extremely nervous, was quite cold, and the whole experience felt unprofessional. Looking back, I regret working here, as the environment ended up being more damaging than supportive.

Pluspunten

INDG brings together a talented and creative team with strong technical expertise and high production standards. The company works with globally recognized clients and large-scale 3D projects, which can be a valuable learning experience for anyone looking to develop strong visual and technical skills. Many colleagues are passionate, supportive and committed to delivering high-quality results even under challenging circumstances..

Minpunten

Despite the creative talent within the team, the company struggles with leadership and structural clarity. Management direction is often inconsistent, with limited transparency in communication and decision-making. Strategic goals shift frequently, which creates instability and makes planning difficult. Feedback is usually acknowledged but rarely followed by tangible action, and team motivation suffers as a result. Work–life balance is poor, as employees are often expected to work beyond normal hours without proper compensation or recognition. The workload can be intense and, at times, disconnected from realistic planning or available resources.
