-Minimal Pay -Ridiculous Incentive structure -Too many people working in middle management that don't have legit education -Needs to have direct line to card assistance department (there were just too many times where a person's debit card would be completely shut off without notification and they'd call the bank asking what happened and why can't they access their checking account and the only answer we could give was "sorry for the inconvenience, your new card is on the way") That's just bad business and against everything the bank claims to stand for. -Also the Bank was founded on a low-cost model so that it would be able to pass the savings onto their customers. The result of this? The employees get paid virtually nothing!!
