I came very trustfully to learn new things... Salary is good and give contracts to employees so there's a good start at thinking they'll treat you according to country's laws
Minpunten
Too much intermediate managers (team leaders or supervisors) that don't think about employees/ company, but about keeping their positions safe. They expect employees to never have oppinions, don't manifest their individualism, don't brainstorm at meetings with upper level management and spread gossip about managers in an atempt to look like they have valuable information. Such a big dissappointment...
