-Pockets of the organisation have leaders that don't fit into the overall ING culture and refuse to understand/adopt ING's way of working. -Focus on reducing cost and hiring vendors causes the culture to deteriorate, as they refuse to adopt our way of working like EY. There are some vendors that are impeccable (TCS) however you need to implant managers/POs/CJEs that are from IBAL as they able to imbed IBAL Way of Working ensuring compliance. This complaint is seen throughout the org.
