Minpunten
No transparency/open communication although management asked for feedback. They will debate you off with only what they think its right. No willingness to listen to employees. The director is an unbearable person who will question you to choose either work/family. Incapable management who fails to protect their employees or provide a safe space. Everyone in the office just gossips about each other and if you do not fit into their "gang", you're the person targeted for quiet firing. Management only listens to a handful of them, bias listening. Not a place to learn any leadership skill. Lack of teamwork or even team efficiency. They do not appreciate you being vocal about changes/feedback.
