Flexible hours and the only benefits. The people that work there can be nice but many of upper management are GED or high school graduates and have no business knowledge.
Minpunten
The job is very unprofessional. Management does whatever they like to do when they feel like it. The regular agents have more educational background than the team lead, management and supervisors. I've witness too many smoke breaks, personal phone calls on work floor and internal relationships which is very distracting and makes the employees not take work serious.
