The work is amazing, very interesting projects. The technical team are fantastic, you learn so much by doing and are given immense amount of trust and responsibility from the get go without the pressure. Everyone’s always willing to help, the senior engineering staff in Newcastle are fantastic and extremely knowledgeable, make you feel apart of the team and are always eager to help. Credit to them for making the work environment feel less like a place you have to work and more of a place where you WANT to work. Edinbrugh office location is excellent.
Minpunten
Location differences between offices can make it hard to communicate. No real training given. Engineering process is not strictly enforced, lots of quick fixes & not much planning. Distasteful CEO, aside from the controversial political views, has been caught out being unprofessional & not doing right by his staff - issues with pensions not being paid without notice & constant talk about money coming in from investors with no significant payrise or bonus to show for it.
