Employee health is very important to us and employees are encouraged to use sick days when needed for both physical health as well as mental health. We’d rather have an employee stay home sick than come to the office and spread illness to their coworkers. In addition to sick time, employees receive vacation and personal days in addition to 10 paid holidays. Thanks again for your review!
