I was really impressed by the level of effort the company goes to make employees feel welcome and comfortable in their roles. The best part of my job was getting to know so many great co-workers who are passionate about what they do and care about their colleagues. If you're looking to grow and become a subject matter expert in the programmatic space, this company is for you! I can say as a PMM, I've worked at companies where teams were not at all self-sufficient and unnecessarily demanding. This experience was the complete opposite which was a refreshing, welcome change for me. I will miss working with the teams at this company.

- Communicating back and forth between the US team and Moscow teams can at times be a challenge to manage from a scheduling perspective.
