We strive to make new employees comfortable and confident in their roles as quickly as possible, but it looks like we missed the mark. If you’re not receiving regular 1:1s with your manager that is not ok; since your post is anonymous, we will be addressing this will all managers in the organization.

Collaborative, helpful, team-oriented, supportive, while operating as fully remote. They are truly a team and would recommend anyone to take the opportunity to work for them.
