Can't think of any pros to be honest

Minpunten

Senior management don't communicate with management within their venues. They understaff and work their permanent staff way above their salary hours. I could go on for hrs but they really don't look after their staff and that's their biggest downfall.

good work hours generally with normal lunch break. no overtime required. Other workers nice and helpful when asked for assistance.

the management didnt really seem to be involved in helping workers answer their pressing questions about how to best train their pets
