Pluspunten
It's rewarding to work for a company that has a clear vision of where its going and to be part of a culture of hard-working and talented people that are committed to executing the plan. There were definitely some challenges during the leadership transition but out of that emerged an infectious enthusiasm for taking this company to the next level. The office environment reflects a "work hard, play hard" mentality. It's disappointing to see some of the negative reviews posted by former employees because the leadership team works hard to ensure we feel valued and appreciated through recognition programs, anniversary lunches, and round table discussions. Everyone has an opportunity to contribute and give feedback.
I've had the opportunity to grow within the organization and have received support and training from management and HR along the way. Work/life balance has not been an issue on my team--as long as you're getting your work done and performing, if you need to be at a child's event or something comes up, we've always had the flexibility to work around it.
