Pluspunten
Some of the people there are really good, genuine nice guys and girls that really care. These aren't the managers. Maybe the new CEO will sort out some of the issues.
Minpunten
The company doesn't care about their customers and was a big shame. The really good people cover up for a lot of the "apprentices" who get paid so badly and don't really get to learn things. At the end of it,theyll get offered a rubbish package so they then leave and more apprentices join. Management are all a bit clicky and dont really know how to manage. They lie to their staff about what will happen then doesn't and usually the opposite does. Low salaries, especially in SA where the salaries are practically half compared to UK and low for other SA companies, even if you're really good (which again, only has a few good, reliable people I only trusted to hand over to). Don't care about career development even if they say the do.
