Since I have left the company, things have only gotten worse. At least 2-4 people quit or put in their 2 weeks PER WEEK because the employees are so fed up with the way things have been handeled. Management continued to promise that things would get better, but while they were saying that it seems that they doubled down on the mistreatment, finger pointing, micro-management, and they made a poor choice by changing commission for the worst. As a result, the drayage department has lost multiple members and disbanded multiple teams due to poor management, poor pay, and lack of trust. Not even the best SAM's are going to stick around much longer.

Pluspunten

Good pay. Decent benefits. Good, hardworking teams. Typically weekend OT isn't mandatory, it's volunteer only.

Minpunten

Tons of favoritism leading to toxic work environment and unjust terminations of innocent, hardworking employees. No accountability for the "favorites" which include certain leadership. These managers get away with screaming and cussing at employees, having inappropriate relationships with their team members, and constantly sabotaging other teams to make themselves look better. HR is useless and contributes to the favoritism. It's absolutely disgusting what these people are allowed to get away with.
