The company is trying to get more and more into the digital marketing services side of things, however, they don't want to invest any time or effort into this and expect it all to happen overnight. They don't provide any support or guidance and expect you to do everything from marketing, creating your own content, selling and accounts. Internally, none of the business divisions talk to each other or work nicely with each other. If one division is working with a client, no other division is able to talk to them to help grow their share of wallet. They make promises and tell you that you will get what you need, only to not deliver and leave you on your own to fail.
