This company had immense potential and was home to many hardworking, talented individuals. Unfortunately, it’s now a shadow of its former self, resembling a barren desert. The CEO’s obsession with cutting costs is glaring—he openly admitted to seeking cheap labor while expecting Google-level performance. His leadership style is ruthless, with numerous employees fired without clear justification, showing a blatant disregard for anything beyond ROI. The CEO’s unilateral decisions have driven away key senior contributors who were instrumental to past successes. Despite the toxic environment, there are still talented people here, but the board needs to take decisive action regarding the CEO’s mismanagement.

Working at IdeaScale has been nothing short of an absolute career win. The team is extremely supportive and flexible while still fostering an environment of high-level success which is rare to come across. The CEO is very involved and all of the managers uplift their teams and coach them through difficult situations. HR is always available and responsive, and Glassdoor reviews are encouraged so that the company can continue to grow and adapt to the needs of its employees. Sales people have uncapped OTE and a realistic quota to hit. Great company to work for in any department!
