None company offers some people very good packages and benefits for people that are doing well. Admin and back office staff treated poorly

Minpunten

Lack of flexibility or understanding towards working mothers. No effort made to help working mothers instead management bully staff with disciplinary threats. Won't allow staff to take holidays to look after child when child is not well.

Work from Home is a real benefit

Toxic and bullying culture. They have their favorites and the rest are treated with contempt. Avoid at all costs. Trainers totally unprofessional and arrogant. You train in dread and made to feel stupid all day but if your teachers pet then Im sure its a great experience !!!!!!!
