Management are bullies and treat employees with zero respect. You would think with a failing business, they would have changed their ways! No, they continue their dirty games! Most of the positive reviews are false, please do not believe these.

We're sorry things didn't work out, we wish you all the best for the future.
In spite of being a 'failing business' we've taken on 6 new staff since the start of lockdown who are all still with us and have done wonderfully to overcome the difficulties of training and working remotely. We are still growing so if you're an ambitious developer or experienced in software systems do get in touch.

Minpunten
Company has had a rocky past, many previous bad mistakes made have had lasting effects on the company however improvements are trying to be made
As much as the training budget is good, its hard to find time for training with the workload, often when training days for the devs have been scheduled in they have been pulled off for "urgent" issues that have come up
Every issue seems more "urgent" than the last, often having 2 or 3 "highest priority" which is just gets confusing since to devs 3 hp jiras are all equal in priority when often they are not
Although less than the past office politics still linger in some scenarios
Not enough experienced developers/testers
