They have been incredibly welcoming and supportive, and have created such a motivating environment where you want to continuously improve and develop. The training has been incredibly valuable and it's great to see a company that applies their values. The commission structure is also very lucrative which really adds to the employee centric atmosphere that they have created. Feel very lucky to join a great team and a great company.
