The people here are really great to work with. Henri is a great CEO. Excellent benefits. Fun place to spend the majority of your day. It's one big family.

Minpunten

HR has definitely gone downhill. Blatantly favors management over rest of employees. This company is the epitome of 'dangling the carrot' promotions wise. Small bonuses, low incentives to have work product above average.

The benefits and location (Century City) are as good as it gets and the people are very well educated and provide interesting perspectives. It's a niche industry which I enjoy thoroughly and ILFC is that big fish in the small pond. Not to mention, there is a company gym for employee use only and the offices are absolutely gorgeous.

Minpunten

Depending on the department there can be some long hours but most feel appropriately compensated. There has been a lot of change for the company over the past few years with change in management and now possibly change in ownership which will most likely be a 'Pro' but sometimes people fear the unknown.
