Good pay scale for the employees.

HR is worst. Lot of internal politics.

Nothing that I can think is pros....

I worked with the organization for 3.5 years with full dedication and commitment. However, my experience towards the end and post-exit has been extremely disappointing. My incentive for the period October 2025 to January 2026 has still not been released. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly assured that the payment would be credited soon, but there has been no resolution to date. What is more concerning is the complete lack of communication—managers have stopped answering calls, and both the CHRO and HR team have not responded to emails. This has made the process unnecessarily stressful and unprofessional. I officially exited the company on 5th February 2026, yet I continue to receive calls requesting operational support, and I have been extending help in good faith. Despite this, my pending dues remain unpaid. I hope the organization takes accountability and improves its employee exit processes, especially in terms of timely payments and communication.
