Minpunten
- Chance of progression very very limited. You won't get far in the business unless you're white, male and French. Senior management has very little representation outside this demographic. - Uncompetitive salary and you're unlikely to get much in the way of an annual increase. - Human Resources processed my resignation in less than 24 hours, but took over two months to (unsuccessfully) address my complaints regarding salary, progression and work incentives. They have at times been unfriendly and insensitive. - Projects are always set "ambitious" deadlines, but always deliver late by not just months, but sometimes years. - You'll be told there's no money for a salary increase, but you'll work alongside contractors who earn in a day what you earn in a week. - Senior management arrogance. "If you don't like it here, leave". - In such a large multinational company, you can feel quite insignificant, a small cog in a very big machine.
