As previous reviews said some good people (what is left of them) The salary is good but isn't forever as you are always at risk of losing it.

You only need to read the multiple fake positive reviews posted to know what kind of company this is.. if not fake, new employees are asked to post one to help hide the truth. The disregard for humans and their mental health is disgusting, Perhaps instead of being defensive in your response read the reviews and respond with empathy and make some real changes... also lying and stating that no engineers were let go, this is not true several game engineers from GU were let go in the first and second round of layoffs. Toxic individuals are kept in the business and nobody knows why, they must know something we dont? In the weeks following the layoffs they have hosted awards, an offsite, and thrown parties - like the title says smoke and mirrors as the culture is diminished and employees feel betrayed or like they could be on the chopping board next.

In the crypto space, so reliant on the ups and downs of the industry. Lay offs were common despite making it sound like the company had years of runway to live through bear market conditions

If you like gambling, I guess this could be interesting. For the most part the everyday people are great.

Utterly confused company as it runs with lots of leaders, but accountability isn't really accepted at the top, nor is the strategy sound. Performs a number of layoffs, then weeks later has a parade of offsites flying people in from around the world to stay lavish, including highly expensive events. Lots of 'yes' methods with leaders despite very questionable product strategy. Probably the worst company i've worked at. Very private school bro culture.

It seems there might be some confusion, as we are not a gambling company. We bring digital ownership to every player by making it safe and easy to build great web3 games. With regards to the layoffs, we know the restructuring earlier this year impacted the roles and lives of some of our employees, and we understand that this can lead to people feeling frustrated and saddened by these changes. Throughout this year, we have continued to invest heavily in the employee experience and in-person connection of our incredible Immutables globally, which is why we continue to hold company events and offsites. This has contributed to a huge engagement result of 81% in our recent global engagement survey, and we will continue to invest heavily in these areas. Our Engagement results also showed 87% confidence in Company leadership, which included the question of having a strategy and vision that was motivating. We are extremely confident in our Product strategy and our incredible team in Product, Engineering and Design. We also continue to invest in building a diverse and inclusive work environment. 28% of our Immutables are women or non-binary, which is above average for Web 3 and an engagement score of >80%, but we know we still have much more to accomplish here.
