Everybody has a voice, and are listened too - Transparency when it comes to salaries and progression - Clear development paths - Benefits are discussed and decided upon based on feedback - Lots of social groups and networks, encouraging people to get togehter for health and wellbeing reasons - Focused on results, and rewarding good results

- If it's possible to be too nice, maybe this is it. Sometimes need to ensure results are being met by challenging individuals
