Minpunten

Lack of communication between managers led to extreme discrepancies in directions given to interns (at least of those I encountered during my time there). Efficiency and ethicacy are not high on Imprint Projects list of priorities.

We couldn't agree more! Even though this post is from 2016, as the new President at Imprint Projects (starting Jan 2018) - my number one priority is to improve the way we support and manage our teams. We are growing quickly, and moving fast - and we could do a better job of providing the structure people need to work together better. The appointment of a new leadership team in JAN 2018 (elevating existing members and adding new roles) are intended to address the "cons" discussed here.
