From the minute you get there you feel like a cog in very dysfunctional machine. Having never worked in sales or recruitment before I was on the phone to candidates within 10 minutes of starting, with 0 training whatsoever. They treat trainees like slaves, pay them minimum wage while they earn commission for their managers. You are forced to stay past your contracted hours whether there's work to be done or not, they value you staying late over the quality of the work you're actually doing. Management have their favourites and makes that very known, leading to an extremely cliquey environment. No effort is made by existing staff to welcome new people, probably because they have such high turnover that they can't be bothered to get to know them all. I had several instances of long serving staff members actively ignoring me and turning their back on me if I tried to join a conversation. The only time one of them spoke semi-nicely to me was at after work drinks when he was trying to sleep with me. Horrible place, horrible people, they're all brain washed.
