Great coworkers with the same mission. Regular workers are awesome and make sacrifices just for the ministry that always goes unnoticed. The ministry does not deserve some of these great employees.
Minpunten
Poor and misguided leadership. Ever since the executive team was asked to step down or face removal, the leadership has been in disarray. Delegated too many people into leadership and now most of the new leadership feels entitled. They are now building their own Kingdom in their own department, instead of building God’s Kingdom. I wish that the CEO (Phillp Bowen) will realize this sooner than later, but most of all I hope that he hasn’t already seen this and done nothing. Who’s holding these new executives accountable? They feel as though they are helping to expand their kingdom off of the backs of their workers. They may not have to answer to anyone now, but there is one that they will need to answer to in the future. I just hope it’s not too late for them. Favoritism plays a major role over here at In Touch. If you aren’t in with the program, then you will never succeed or see any progress here. Minorities will always be minorities over here at In Touch. I can’t even mention how many discrimination lawsuits have been settled already over here. Oh, and because we are a non-profit, none of those settlements are posted. Also, if you are a woman, you will see yourself with little promotions, or even with a promotion, you will still have to answer to lower rank men. We are all supposed to be brothers and sisters in Christ, but it seems over here, some management have not grasp that concept. Pay raises does not even exist here, except if you count the lowly cost of living pay raise. As little as that is, I do not know how they can call that a “Cost of Living” raise. It may be a cost of living for them, making over 6 digits, but for the rest of us, it’s little to none. I do understand that this is a non-profit, but give you brothers and sisters here a chance to provide for their families. Why would you not want to help your brothers and sisters here just for that reason alone. Let it be known, I’m not just some disgruntled past employee, I’m been with In Touch for over 10 years and still employed here. Like most people here, that agrees with me, I’ll just keep my mouth shut and do my time. Don’t really want to hear the same old phrase, “If you don’t like it, why don’t you leave?” Yes, like that would of work with Jesus. I still have faith, that the lord will lead In Touch and not just the board members. Worst case scenario, once Dr. Stanley is gone, the empire will crumble just like Solomon’s Temple.
