The environment of the company is very toxic, like everytime the managers and the team leads will be provisioning you and they want you on the screen all the time even if you have work or not, apart from that, they have very strict punch in system, no flexibility is there. Your suggestions, work, anything does not matter to the managers, they will just follow the leads opinions, no boards tracking or the work provisioning is there. If you have any problem with the team lead, no one is there to help you out from there. Do not join the company as a whole, had the worst experience.
