Formed in 2004, InTec has experienced double-digit growth annually since then, and among other awards was recognized by the Washington Post as a Top Workplace in 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2018; and boasts a 90% voluntary retention rate. My hard work and contributions as a Senior Systems Engineer have been consistently rewarded over the years with advancement in seniority, pay, benefits, and responsibilities.

InTec grew to a mid-size company over the last few years, so the rate of advancement and some of the benefits have been nerfed slightly but are still well above the industry standard. The positive side of that transition is a mature, stable company that's in it for the long haul.
