- Completing your task list doesn't necessarily get you good outcomes; you have to be willing to try new things/change the process/find and implement your own solutions (can be a good thing if you like the challenge, but not a good fit for people who want repetition/consistency in their work overtime). Your days will be full! We absolutely believe in work/life balance but when you are "clocked in" you will be busy! - not necessarily a con but not a fit for everyone. We really encourage feedback - you will receive and be expected to give it, often! If you are not comfortable with this - it may not be the right fit. We anticipate rapid growth over the next few years - this will be exciting for some and difficult for others as it will mean lots of change and ambiguity at times. We are a small company right now (35 employees)- and while we are over 50% female, we could/should be doing better as far as our DE&I efforts. This is on our radar however and we are putting steps in place to attract more diverse talent.
