- Varied projects - and a lot of them so expect a high-pace environment - Helpful and encouraging colleagues - for the most part - Compensation - although YMMV

Minpunten

- Obsolete mindset and managerial practices, which lead to high turnover and very poor communication for such a small business - Constantly shifting responsibilities and projects, mostly due to the reasons above and below. Every day is a balancing act. - A "Family owned" company, with an out of touch CEO. A lot of time and energy is wasted on pleasing the big boss, who thinks having his entire family on the payroll allows him to berate every employee like his own kids. - No diversity in management whatsoever, in my time there I have yet to see a BIPOC stay more than a year.
