      Includovate presents a unique environment to contribute but importantly, unlearn, learn and re-learn to grow in your professional career. There are learning opportunities and wonderful supervisors and colleagues who are always available to help you discover yourself and grow. I have also gotten the opportunity to contribute to reports and projects evaluation for renowned organisation such as SOS, UNICEF (Africa & Asia), DW Akademie, UNFPA, etc.

      I just about how people perceive feedback. But getting constructive feedback and support from my supervisors has been one of the best ways I have learned to be better than before I joined Includovate.
