For a company with Belgian roots you would expect better employment standards, but I guess due to different laws company trying to get away with bare minimum for industrial, expecting employers to put an absolute maximum, worst contracts I saw in industry, poor pay, poor rude management, that treat people like numbers with zero respect for employees.
