Rah-rah culture makes it feel like a cult. Most employees are very young and immature, picture college. Work-life balance is awful, this is a 24/7/365 workplace. Expect to be constantly connected, they love taking advantage of younger employees who don't know any better both in terms of workable hours and pay. Certain departments are disproportionately compensated but they've corrected this problem with new hires in the last few years creating a huge compensation gap between old & new. Many older employees are stuck there knowing they can't move on without taking a pay cut. Once the company was sold off to Recruit, everything went downhill.
