As an employer, one of our biggest priority is to provide our staff with a safe working space. We care deeply about our employees’ experience and won’t tolerate toxic behavior. At Indeed, we champion a culture that values honest and transparent communication, with quarterly feedback and management effectiveness surveys.
We’re very sorry you feel the HR team hasn’t been supportive, as their role is to help our employees create positive and successful experiences at work. We don’t want anyone to feel marginalised or devalued at Indeed, and the views and voices of all employees matter. Managers are held accountable to their leadership roles, and we’re monitoring this through our employee engagement and manager feedback surveys. This provides us insights on the employee experience, and we take it very seriously.
